Dr. Brock K. King, M.D., P.A., F.A.C.S.

A Conway native, Dr. King was born February 2, 1968 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He grew up in Conway, attending Conway High School and then earning his B.A. degree in Chemistry from Hendrix College in 1990. Dr. King went to medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas from 1990 to 1994, earning his M.D. degree. He then started his General Surgery internship and residency program at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, Tennessee in 1994. He completed that program in 2000 and then immediately returned to Conway where he is currently an active staff member at Conway Regional Medical Center practicing General, Laparoscopic, Vascular, and Thoracic Surgery with Surgical Associates of Conway. Dr. King’s practice has a strong emphasis in advanced laparoscopic, or “minimally invasive” surgeries which include anti-reflux surgery (Nissen Fundoplication), spleen removal, appendectomy, gallbladder removal, colon resection for benign and malignant lesions and diverticulitis, abdominal wall hernia repair, diaphragmatic hernia repair, adrenalectomy, peritontal dialysis access, and varicose vein surgery.

Dr. King is married to Katrina and has five children: Alyssa, Alanna, Parker, Josh, and Connor. He spends all of his free time with his family participating in sports activities, boating, and raising the family bulldogs, Tank & Lilly.
